In the website deals from third parties with their capacity as suppliers of products and services in the field of tourism are displayed and promoted. The deals (discount prices) are valid for a specific time and quantity, and always under the prerequisite of completing a minimum number of purchasers. Site visitors can take advantage of deals, by buying special vouchers from the supplier through this website. A prerequisite is the complete and unconditional acceptance of the terms described in detail in each deal, and those included below. Therefore, careful reading of the following is indicated before the browsing, access and use of this website or making any transaction for benefits or services which are available through it.

*Voucher: means the certificate which is issued electronically to Purchaser via the website, has a unique code and its showing is required by the Purchaser to the Supplier for the receipt of the product / service.

B. Terms of Service
*Participation in the service allowed only to persons who have reached their eighteenth (18th) year of age and have full legal capacity .. Each User expressly represents and warrants that during the registration in the site will provide true, accurate and complete information and has the necessary legal requirements, but also the capacity to understand the terms and conditions contained in this agreement ..

The data stored for informing participants will be respected at all times in accordance with the Law 2472/1997, Law 3471/2006 and Law Resolutions and Guidelines for the Protection of Personal Data. Participants retain the right to request at any time and without charge the confirmations, modification or deletion of personal details and to exclude them from receiving electronic messages, by contacting the organizer.

*The Company grants users of the site who participated successfully in a purchase of an deal vouchers (electronic certificates). Each voucher represents the value of the deal. With its showing the Supplier is obliged, as described below in Section C III , to give the purchasers the relevant product or service.

*The Company is not involved in those sales, but is a third-mediator. Hereby it is expressly declared that no claim or demand may be brought against the Company by the purchasers in case of cancellation of the deals from suppliers. Similarly, there is no responsibility of the Company to the Purchaser, if the Supplier, upon the activation of the deal, fallen into receivership, liquidation or administrative receivership, resulting in the inability to provide the purchased product or service.

C. Procedure in simple steps
I. Each customer is given the opportunity to express interest in an deal by completing the required information (name and email address) in the corresponding fields. They can also create, if desired, a personal account (profile) in eazygreece.com, to facilitate future transactions, but also to allow control of previous purchases, information regarding account status and change of personal information in order to avoid inaccuracies.

V. The activation of the Deal is made ​under the specific conditions set out each time for it. However, the Company always has the right to lengthen in cooperation with the Supplier the current deal or to terminate it before the scheduled time in case the maximum number of purchasers designated by the supplier is completed. Upon activation of the Dealing, the Company:
a) orders the final charge of the credit card of the Purchaser with the value of the voucher in the name and on behalf of the Supplier
b) gives to users who have successfully participated in the deal (activation of the deal and successful charge of the credit card) Vouchers, intended for this specific Deal. Vouchers are available electronically via the website in the profile page of each Purchaser while a notice is sent to the email address stated by the Purchaser.
c) sends to the supplier a list with the names of the purchasers and the code of each voucher which is unique.
VII. Within 24 hours after the activation of the deal the purchase certificate (voucher) appears to profile page.

*By printing the electronic certificate and its showing accompanied with an identity, a passport or driver’s license the provision of the service is compulsory by the supplier. In case, however, that there is no showing of any of the above evidence or the purchaser shows up in a period other than this written on the ticket, the Supplier reserves the right to refuse to provide the purchased service.
IX. The Coupon is valid only for the Purchaser, whose details are written on this and always until the expiration date, which is mentioned at the conditions of the Deal. In any case, the purchaser cannot ask the supplier for money instead of this or any other product or service other than that purchased through the deal posted on the website. After the expiry date, the coupon is not valid and the Purchaser has no claim against the Supplier. In case of loss or destruction of the voucher the Supplier or the Company are not responsible.

X. When showing the voucher for redemption a legal document (receipt) is issued and administered by the Supplier to the purchaser which contains the purchase value.
XI. The purchaser may cancel the purchase of the deal without justification within fourteen (14) calendar days after the activation of the deal, with a written notification of the request (via email to info@eazygreece.com) to the Company (Article 4, Paragraph 10 of N.2251/1994). As a result, the Company shall refund the purchase with the amount corresponding to the value of the Voucher. Accordingly, the purchaser must return the voucher online, which is cancelled.

XII. Regarding the promotion, sale and purchase of products and services the provisions of the legislation on consumer protection are applicable for each supplier and purchaser (N.2251/1994, as it is currently valid with N.3587/2007).

D. Personal Account
I. Each person can create, if desired, personal account in eazygreece.com, to facilitate future transactions, but also to allow control of previous purchases, get information regarding account status and change personal data in order to avoid inaccuracies.
II. Any registered user (member) of eazygreece.com is responsible for maintaining the secrecy and security of account password. The user must notify immediately and without delay the administrator of the site in case of any attempt to breach the personal account or in case of use by third without permission.
